At School Care

ACC provides personnel to assist disabled children in an “in school” setting

Data shows that there is an increasing amount of children who require health related services both while at home and in school. Currently, these special needs children do not receive these full services because of the lack of trained professionals. Overseeing a child's full day care is a multi-faceted approach that encompasses many challenging aspects. ACC provides personnel to assist disabled children in an “in school” setting. That care begins at the start of the client’s school day and continues until the child is returned home. Many times, the caregiver travels with the child by bus. We recommend that you talk with your child's school district to see if School Care is possible for your child.
